Estate Planning has been defined as the process of planning the transfer of all personal assets at death to chosen beneficiaries.  Estate planning may often involve the establishment of a Will and / or Trust, making the necessary healthcare directives, establishing power of attorney, as well as to provide the necessary readiness and assuredness, that personal assets are appropriated according to the giver’s wishes.
